In - Home Personal Training

Your very own personal trainer will visit  you whenever you want throughout the week! We will bring all the fitness equipment.  They will lead you through a 1-on-1 custom exercise program from the comfort of your own home.


  Home, apartment, backyard, park, wherever works best for you!  We bring the gym to you! Available for London, Ontario & area.

Virtual Personal Training

Our virtual personal training involves remote fitness coaching via video conferencing  with your own personal trainer! Workout whenever you'd like!


The custom workouts are designed to your needs and follow the exact format as our in-person services!  Follow along as your trainer leads the way! Virtual training is incredibly convenient and modestly priced.

First Steppers - Workout Programs

We create weekly custom workout programs, just for you! This ‘First Steppers‘ membership includes all your assigned exercises with sets & reps, video demonstrations, and accountability software.  


Only $40 a week, this is perfect plan for individuals who want to maintain the accountability and fitness goal direction for a more affordable price.

What does a typical workout look like?

Dynamic Warm Up - 5 Minutes

First things first - We will begin slowly with a dynamic warm up to ensure our body is ready to go! Warming up is the best thing we can do for injury prevention.  

Workout - 45 Minutes

Whatever your goal is, that's our direction.

Aerobic training (high/low intensity),  weight loss, athletic strength & conditioning, injury rehabilitation, balance & flexibility training, and core strengthening are all fitness targets we can aim for together! 

Static Cool Down - 10 Minutes

This is where we slow things down, catch our breath, and static stretch the muscles that we used that day.  We want our bodies to keep coming back for more!
