We keep things as simple & affordable as possible - Taxes, nutritional coaching, our training software, and assigned workouts are already included with the costs!
In person training rates are between $60-70 for our students/seniors discount, between $70-80 for regular rates, and between $90-100 for couples! Virtual training rates are between $60-70. Our rates are outlined in more detail further along on our website.
We keep things light and simple. Our approach is rooted in making fitness feel approachable, not overwhelming. We start gently, creating a supportive and welcoming experience - especially for those returning after time away - so you can build confidence and progress at your own pace.
Nope! We bring everything with us - adjustable dumbbells, bands (with multiple attachments), yoga mats, agility ladder, kettlebells and more! Every workout is thoughtfully tailored to reflect your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
Our training sessions typically last 60 minutes, but can be adjusted based on your schedule and availability. Sessions consist of a dynamic warm-up, a personalized workout, and a guided cool-down and stretch.
Absolutely. We keep things flexible so your training fits into your life—not the other way around. Book sessions at your convenience each week, with the option to reschedule easily if something comes up.
