
Our virtual personal training involves 1-on-1 remote fitness coaching via Zoom with your own personal trainer! Workout whenever you'd like, and thrive having a connection with your own trainer working out alongside you and encouraging you. Sessions are a hour long!
The custom workouts are designed to your needs and follow the exact format as our in-person services! Follow along as your trainer leads the way - virtual training is an incredibly convenient option and modestly priced.
First things first - We will begin slowly with a dynamic warm up to ensure our body is ready to go! Warming up is the best thing we can do for injury prevention.
Whatever your goal is, that's our direction.
Aerobic training (high/low intensity), weight loss, athletic strength & conditioning, injury rehabilitation, balance & flexibility training, and core strengthening are all fitness targets we can aim for together!
This is where we slow things down, catch our breath, and static stretch the muscles that we used that day. We want our bodies to keep coming back for more!
