Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings at 6:30 AM (EST). Exercises may include dumbbells, chair, and yoga mat. This hour-long class is great for folks who want to jumpstart their day with a workout under their belt.
Designed to help you feel healthy and productive, this class launches you into your day on a strong note. Beginner/Intermediate intensity - full dynamic warm up and cool down stretching included. This is a low-impact workout regime.
Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings at 9:30 AM (EST). Exercises may include dumbbells, chair, and yoga mat. This hour-long class is helpful for anyone who has chaotic early mornings, or prehaps whose day is just beginning - and would like to ease into the rest of their day by moving their body to feel great.
Beginner/Intermediate intensity - full dynamic warm up and cool down stretching included. This is a low-impact workout regime.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 7 PM (EST). Exercises may include dumbbells, chair, and yoga mat. This hour-long class is helpful for anyone who has had a long day and needs some solace and time to focus on themselves, without leaving home! This time is also a good fit for those who are night owls and the evening is perfect time to burn off some steam and feel amazing.

Tuesdays at 10:30 AM (EST). It's important to us that you have additional access to your trainer for any questions you may have, any encouragement you need, and any accountability you seek.
