Virtual Personal Training

Our virtual personal training involves 1-on-1 remote fitness coaching via Zoom with your own personal trainer! Workout whenever you'd like, and thrive having a connection with your own trainer guiding and encouraging you.


The custom workouts are designed to your needs and follow the exact format as our in-person services!  Follow along as your trainer leads the way - virtual training is an incredibly convenient option and modestly priced.

  Sign up for a class time that you'd like to commit to, and follow along with the trainer spotlight on your screen.  Never the same workout twice, and all you need are some dumbbells.  Simple, fun, and a great way to be accountable to your fitness goals.

Join us online, and let's conquer the day! Three workouts a week, and a completely free consultation to welcome you and feel settled in before we start.  Bring a friend/family member to join too!


 Included with our classes is an optional drop-in style Q&A - called Trainer Talk Time, for any additional help or questions you may have. 

Virtual Fitness Class Schedule

Early Bird Beginner - 6:30 AM

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday mornings  at 6:30 AM (EST).  Exercises may include dumbbells, chair, and yoga mat.  This hour-long class is great for folks who want to jumpstart their day with a workout under their belt.  


Designed to help you feel healthy and productive, this class launches you into your day on a strong note. Beginner/Intermediate intensity - full dynamic warm up and cool down stretching included.  

Gentle Morning Beginner - 9:30 AM

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday mornings  at 9:30 AM (EST).  Exercises may include dumbbells, chair, and yoga mat.  This hour-long class is helpful for anyone who has chaotic early mornings, or prehaps whose day is just beginning - and would like to ease into the rest of their day by moving their body to feel great.

  

Beginner/Intermediate intensity - full dynamic warm up and cool down stretching included.  

Trainer Talk Time - 10:30 AM

Tuesdays at 10:30 AM (EST).   It's important to us that you have additional access to your trainer for any questions you may have, any encouragement you need, and any accountability you seek.  


This optional "office hours" window is  a drop in for any Q&A that you'd like to chat with your trainer about.
